Daddy's Art

Patrick was fortunate to get a break from work during the holiday, and so he used that time to get some studio work done. He is trying to do as much as he can at his residency, but he is pulled in so many directions. Occasionally he takes Emma with him to his studio, and I love how they come back giggling. Emma covered in paint with more pictures than we have wall space, and stories of how Daddy lets her use ALL of the paint. Claire is too young to go to the studio with Daddy so she helps him when he works at home.



Patrick is a really efficient woodcarver, he can tend a baby and carve at the same time. That is something they don't teach you in art school.
