I made Claire another romper this time using a woven, and adding knife pleated bum ruffles. I am still debating on what to do for the hem. Do I want a ruffle cuff? Do I want to bind the hem? Do I just want to do a standard hem? Oh the choices... Isn't her new "skill" cute?
